This twin leg lanyard with hooks is designed for fall restraint, not fall arrest. It restricts a worker's range of movement to prevent reaching a fall hazard but does not include the shock-absorbing capacity required to safely arrest a free fall. For fall arrest applications, pair with an appropriate certified fall-arrest lanyard or system.
