Measure Chest
Measure around the fullest part of the chest while standing naturally. Keep the tape level and snug, not tight.

Measure around your natural waist or the position where the belt or harness waist pad will sit during use.

Measure around the upper thigh where the leg straps will rest. This helps improve comfort and adjustment range.
